The Wellbeing Circle host a range of workshops to raise awareness, foster discussions and introduce tools for employees to manage everyday life and their emotional wellbeing. We extend this offer to include workshops centered on support for managers and leaders.
We offer specialised 1:1 support for staff who may be struggling with alcohol and drug misuse as a means of coping with low mental wellbeing. Our sessions are delivered with expert knowledge and evidence based interventions to support recovery and emotional wellbeing.

Through our 4 step approach of coaching and trauma-informed breathwork, yoga and meditation, we aim to address the mental, emotional, and relational impacts of imprisonment, offering tools for calming the mind and improving the wellbeing and mental health of people impacted by imprisonment.
