
The Wellbeing Circle was created by founders Sharonjeet Singh and Sheela Khatri. Using their combined 45 years’ experience in the corporate, public, charity and criminal justice sectors, coupled with extensive yoga training - we bring our expert knowledge in mental health and the impact of trauma, addictions and imprisonment to you.
Modern day life comes with many challenges and so many of us are not living or enjoying life to its full capacity.
Negative childhood experiences, unfulfilled adult dreams, coupled with relationships, family life, career demands and the pace of modern-day life; are just some of the reasons which contribute towards poor mental wellbeing. This in turn effects relationships with the world: our family, friends, partners, colleagues, and most importantly, with ourselves.
At the Wellbeing Circle, our intention is to explore your inner world and help you understand your thoughts, feelings and self-beliefs; whilst introducing practices such as breathwork, yoga, meditation and the wisdom of yogic philosophy as a powerful toolbox to cope with your mind and how it reacts to the happenings of life.
The Wellbeing Circle delivers a range of psycho-spiritual services on understanding and managing men's, women's and children's mental health.
At The Wellbeing Circle we will :
